About the Partnership
Spread the Love Projects (STLP) is partnering with C.S. Mott Children’s Hospital to allocate a portion of our proceeds toward advancing pediatric health initiatives in Michigan.
Through this collaboration within the Michigan Medicine health system, we are committed to supporting children and families facing financial and social hardship—ensuring that care extends beyond hospital walls and into the everyday realities families navigate.
This partnership reflects our belief that healthcare is strongest when compassion, community, and collaboration come together.
We are deeply grateful to Mike Hartwell and colleagues within Michigan Medicine, whose openness and guidance helped lay the foundation for this collaboration.
Why Michigan, Why Now
When STLP’s founder moved to Michigan to begin medical school at Oakland University William Beaumont School of Medicine, it marked the start of a new chapter—both personally and professionally.
Spread the Love Projects was built over years in Pittsburgh, alongside family, close friends, hospital partners, and a deeply rooted support system. Bringing that same spirit, integrity, and impact to Michigan meant starting from the ground up—without a local team or personal network, but with unwavering belief in the mission.
What made the difference was connecting with people who genuinely care. This partnership represents the first step in building a community of support in Michigan that mirrors the trust and impact STLP has cultivated for years.
What this Partnership does:
SUPPORTING FAMILIES
We provide assistance to pediatric patients and families facing financial and social hardship, helping reduce the barriers that stand between children and the care they deserve.
